Developing Teaching Competence and Creativity through the Independent Internship at Bali Japanic
I am Vania Angela, a student of Japanese Literature Udayana University. Recently, I finished an internship program from MBKM at Bali Japan International College. Through this program, I received many positive experiences that are valuable for my self-growth.
My main Job desc was to teach Japanese Language in class. Teaching the students helped me to improve my communication skill and confidence. I learnt to deliver my knowledge to the students with different levels of comprehension. On top of that, I was able to sharpen my creativity through creating games that improve the students’ Japanese language proficiency. I was also able to implement the Japanese basic manners through classes.
Teaching requires preparation of theory and material. Theoretically, I received many insights from the teachers and mentor in Bali Japanic. I received advance knowledges and got the chance to practice my Japanese speaking skill in term of delivering the materials.
I am beyond grateful to able to share my knowledge and receive critics and advice from the mentors for my growth. I wish that the next generations of Udaya University Japanese literature students can grow themselves through MBKM Internship program and give contribution for others who wants to learn Japanese language through other vocational campus like Bali Japanic.
