Japanese Literature Program of Udayana University Holds Workshop to Finalize RPS and Monitor Learning Outcomes in Preparation for IAPS 5.1 Accreditation
Denpasar, January 11–12, 2025 – The Japanese Literature Study Program of the Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, organized a two-day workshop to finalize Course Syllabi (RPS) and develop the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Program Learning Outcomes (CPL) as part of the preparation for IAPS 5.1 accreditation by BAN-PT. The workshop took place at the Priyono Room, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Udayana. The activity invited Dr. Haryono, S.S., M.Pd., a BAN-PT assessor from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, as the main resource person. The workshop aimed to ensure that the study program’s curriculum documents and learning evaluation materials are well-prepared to be included as supporting attachments in the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) and the Self-Evaluation Report (LED). During the workshop, participants worked on completing and reviewing the RPS for all courses and preparing the monitoring and evaluation framework for the Program Learning Outcomes. This effort was intended to ensure that all documents are comprehensive, consistent, and aligned with BAN-PT standards, particularly those related to curriculum and learning processes. The workshop also strengthened lecturers’ understanding of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach in designing course syllabi and the mechanisms for monitoring graduate learning outcomes. The program specifically aims for graduates to achieve Japanese language proficiency equivalent to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 level.
The workshop was conducted according to the following schedule:

Day 2 – Thursday, January 12, 2025 (09.00–15.00 WITA)
- Preparation of Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) for the Japanese Literature Program Learning Outcomes
- Review of Document Consistency and Closing
