Japanese Literature Student Association Conference 2023

The Student Association Members' Conference is an activity carried out to evaluate the previous period's organizational activities and is a momentum for the new management of the organization that will run the organization in the next period.


The Japanese Literature Student Association at Udayana University held a member meeting for two days, namely March 31 and April 1 2023.


The first day of the deliberation was held on March 31st 2023 and took place at the Widya Sabha Mandala Auditorium, Faculty of Humanities , Udayana University. The deliberation activity began with a prayer reading, singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya, followed by an opening report from the head of the event organizing committee and a report from the head of Japanese Literature Student Association and remarks from the Head of Department of Japanese Literature Study Program, I Made Budiana S.S, M.Hum.


Matters discussed at this meeting included the Articles of Association, Bylaws, and the Draft Japanese Literature Student Association Work Program for the 2022 period and continued with a working meeting of Student Association functionaries. The meeting was attended by 80 offline participants and 20 online participants.


The second day of the deliberation was held on April 1st 2023 online and discussed the management of HMPS Japanese Literature for the 2023 period, as well as the presentation of the Japanese Literature Student Association work program which has the aim of improving performance quality, increasing motivation, increasing self-confidence, improving relationships, increasing competitiveness for all functional members Japanese Literature Student Association Udayana University.


Apart from that, it was also conveyed regarding the benefits of the HMPS functionary upgrading work program, which included helping to achieve the set goals more effectively and efficiently, increasing productivity and performance, and improving the quality of relations between functionary members.
