REGISTRATION FOR NEW INCOMING STUDENTS OF UDAYANA UNIVERSITY FROM THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR MERIT-BASED INDEPENDENT SELECTION PATHWAY
It is hereby announced to all new incoming student candidates of Udayana University for the 2026/2027 Academic Year who have been declared passed through the 2026 Merit-Based Independent Selection (Seleksi Mandiri Beasiswa Prestasi), that they are required to complete the online registration process starting from May 26, 2026, at 18:00 WITA until June 3, 2026, at 16:00 WITA, via the registration portal: https://admission.unud.ac.id. To proceed with the registration, candidates must log in using the same account used during the selection application, following the steps accessible under the "Pendaftaran Saya" (My Applications) menu, and selecting the active period, which is "Mandiri Beasiswa Prestasi".
Phase I. Filling Out the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) Form
In this phase, new incoming student candidates are required to fill out the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) form within the registration period, subject to the following provisions:
1. The UKT Form must be filled out online by providing all requested information. After completing the form, candidates must upload the original supporting documents in PDF format, which include:
a) Scan of the Family Card (Kartu Keluarga / KK);
b) Scan of the Salary Slip / Certificate of Income from the local Head of Village (Lurah) / Certificate of Combined Parent's (Guardian's) Income from the Lurah;
c) Scan of Electricity Bills (proof of payment) / Certificate from the Neighborhood Head (RT/RW) for the last 3 (three) months. If the electricity bill address does not match the National ID Card (KTP), a Certificate from the Neighborhood Head must also be attached;
d) Scan of Proof of Land and Building Tax (PBB) Payment / Certificate from the Neighborhood Head;
e) Photograph of the residence (owned/rented).
2. The data entered into the UKT form will serve as the basis for the UKT Verification and Validation Team to determine the UKT Category applied to each new student candidate.
3. New student candidates who fail to complete the UKT form or fail to perform the Validation of the submitted UKT data during the registration period will be declared Invalid and will be assigned the highest UKT category.
Phase II. Medical Examination
After completing the UKT form, new student candidates must undergo a medical examination from June 8 to June 10, 2026, to complete their registration requirements, subject to the following provisions:
1. A Drug-Free Test is mandatory for all new student candidates.
2. New student candidates in the following study programs: Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, Veterinary Medicine, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Pharmacy, and Chemistry are required to take the Medical Examination, Drug-Free Test, and Eye Test (color blindness test).
3. Specifically for the Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, and Pharmacy study programs, a Psychological Test is mandatory and must be conducted at the Udayana University Hospital (RS Unud).
4. For new student candidates residing within Bali Province, the Medical Examination, Psychological Test, Eye Test, and Drug-Free Test must be conducted at the Udayana University Hospital.
5. For new student candidates residing outside Bali Province, the Medical Examination and Eye Test can be conducted at a local Government Hospital. The Drug-Free Test can be conducted at a Police Hospital, government-owned General Hospital, the National Narcotics Board (BNN), or authorized and legal laboratories entitled to issue an Official Drug-Free Certificate (SKBN), in accordance with the provisions in points 2 and 3.

Phase III. Determination of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT)
In this phase, new student candidates can view their assigned UKT category via the registration portal (https://admission.unud.ac.id/login) by logging in with the same account used in Phase I. No adjustments or appeals can be made once the UKT is determined. The UKT determination will be announced on June 10, 2026. This phase will also announce further information regarding the subsequent registration steps, including uploading registration documents, UKT payment, and downloading the Student Identification Number (NIM), with the workflow and schedule available at https://pmb.unud.ac.id/.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Regarding the information provided in this announcement, every candidate is expected to pay close attention to the following matters:
1. It is mandatory to complete all registration phases, and there will be no extension of time for the established schedule.
2. Prepare original or legalized documents for the registration requirements in PDF format with a maximum file size of 500 KB.
3. New student candidates who fail to follow all phases of registration in accordance with the regulations [will be deemed to have forfeited their admission status]. 4. UKT payments that have been processed through the Bank cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
