TUITION FEE (UKT) PROVISIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW STUDENTS ADMITTED THROUGH THE NATIONAL TEST-BASED SELECTION (SNBT) AT UDAYANA UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

Based on the verification results of the Single Tuition Fee (Uang Kuliah Tunggal / UKT) form uploaded by prospective new students admitted through the National Selection Based on Test (Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes / SNBT) for the Academic Year 2026/2027, it is hereby announced that prospective new students are required to proceed with the registration process as new students of Udayana University. The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has been determined for each new student based on the submitted UKT form, under the following provisions:

1. Prospective new students must log in to the page https://admission.unud.ac.id using the same account created during the initial registration to view the UKT determination results and proceed with the registration steps.

2. Information regarding the UKT determination results for prospective new students can be accessed on June 10, 2026, at 16:00 WITA.

3. Prospective new students are required to upload all registration document requirements in accordance with the provisions in Appendix 2 of this announcement, to be verified and validated by the Registration Document Verification Team.

4. After all registration document requirements are declared valid, prospective new students can print the UKT invoice through the website by first selecting the preferred bank for payment.

5. Prospective new students who are not recipients of / did not pass the KIP Kuliah scholarship are required to pay the UKT fee according to their designated UKT group. Payment must be made using the Virtual Account Number listed on the printed UKT invoice from the registration page, in accordance with the bank selected on the portal.

6. UKT payments made past the deadline on June 23, 2026, will not be processed, and the student will be considered to have withdrawn/resigned.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES

Every prospective new student of Udayana University who has been declared passed through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) 2026 is required to proceed with the registration process by following the schedule and procedures specified below:


RE-REGISTRATION PROCESS

The re-registration process for prospective new students is conducted Online by logging in to https://admission.unud.ac.id using the same account used during the initial registration. This portal is used to complete the registration steps, including uploading required documents, paying the UKT fee, and downloading the Student Identification Number (Nomor Induk Mahasiswa / NIM) document. This process is available from June 11 to June 25, 2026.


1. UPLOADING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS

Every prospective new student must upload all required registration documents to the Registration page from June 10 to June 19, 2026, via https://admission.unud.ac.id. The required documents must be scanned into files for upload, as follows:

a. High School Diploma / SKHUN / Graduation Certificate (SKL) / Certificate of being a Grade XII Student, signed by the School Principal (original or legalized copy).

b. Proof of participation/ownership of a Health Insurance program, such as BPJS or other health insurance owned by the prospective new student.

c. Scanned Medical Certificate stating that the student is not color blind (specifically for the following study programs: Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Electrical Engineering) based on the results of a Health Test.

d. Scanned Psychological Examination Result Certificate (specifically for the following study programs: Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, and Pharmacy) based on the results of a Psychological Test.

e. Scanned Drug-Free Certificate (Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkoba / SKBN) using Drug Test results consisting of at least 3 parameters indicating negative results for psychotropic substances, applicable for all study programs.

f. Statement Letter signed by the prospective student and parents/guardian (the template can be printed from the system to be filled out and signed).

g. The maximum size for all document files is 500 KByte in PDF format.

2. REGISTRATION DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

The registration requirement documents uploaded by prospective new students will be verified by the Registration Document Verification Team to check for completeness and compliance with the regulations.

3. SINGLE TUITION FEE (UKT) PAYMENT

After the required documents are verified and declared valid, prospective new students must pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) from June 19 to June 23, 2026, through the bank selected during the registration process. Payments must use the Virtual Account Number (from any bank) listed on the Invoice Sheet printed from the registration portal after completing the re-registration steps.

4. STUDENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (NIM) GENERATION AND DATA VALIDATION

For prospective new students who have completed the UKT payment, the registration committee will generate their NIM online, and their data will be validated through the registration portal.

5. DOWNLOADING THE STUDENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (NIM)

After the data validation process is completed by the committee, from June 23 to June 25, 2026, new students can download their NIM Document—which contains academic/course information—by logging back into the online registration portal using the same account.

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

a. There will be no extensions for the registration period, both for Online Registration and UKT Payment. We will not process the registration of prospective new students outside the specified schedule.

b. UKT fees that have been paid to the Bank cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

c. The distribution of new student attributes (such as the Almamater Jacket, Faculty Cap, University Cap, and other attributes) will take place from July 28 to July 31, 2026, and further details will be announced on the Udayana University official website.
