Increasing Contribution to the Science World Through "Training in the Preparation of Scientific Research and Articles" Webinar
On Tuesday (28/12), the Japanese Literature Study Program at Udayana University held a webinar entitled "Training in the Preparation of Scientific Research and Articles" through the Webex application. This webinar features Dr. Puji Retno, a young expert researcher as a resource person.
The webinar, which was attended by more than 100 Japanese Literature students from various campuses, aims to provide guidance and increase students' enthusiasm in compiling scientific articles. As according to the informant, Dr. Puji Retno, “In essence, the purpose of writing articles in scientific journals is to contribute to the development of science. Scientific articles will be able to contribute to the development of science if they contain something new." Undergraduate students are expected to be more active in contributing to the world of science, regardless of the field studied.
Not only discussing how to compile scientific articles, this webiar also explains how to submit articles and the laws that cover them. This runs in a linear fashion with a webinar with the theme of Intellectual Property Rights which was also held by the Japanese Literature Study Program at Udayana University on Saturday (18/12).
"I hope that by holding this Scientific Article Writing webinar, it can provide students with provisions in writing scientific articles," said Marta Jelia as the person in charge of the activity. (nr)
