I am Galuh Kharisma Diningrum, a student in the Japanese Literature study program at Udayana University. During the seventh semester, I was given the opportunity to take part in an Independent Internship which was held at the Bali Provincial Culture Service and got a part in UPTD. During my internship, I did many new things. I was able to learn public speaking during my internship because I was placed in a diorama area where I came face to face with tourists from outside and inside which required me to say hello or give a smile. The tourists who come are not only local, there are also many foreign tourists, such as Korea, Japan, India, China, England, while many local tourists are from schools who are on study tours to Bali. Meanwhile, at the end of October, the Bali People's Struggle Monument held a pre-historic human exhibition which was held for one month which invited many people to attend this activity. I was tasked with taking care of the list of visits per day which in total for one month was approximately 20,000 person. In between these activities, many other activities were also carried out, such as opening and closing debate competitions, where I helped with administration and consumption. And also help create and revise letters in the administration section.


For three months he carried out an internship at UPTD. The Balinese People's Struggle Monument really had an impact on me while participating in this activity. I can gain a lot of experience in the world of work and can learn to improvise on someone's behavior patterns in an agency and also get to know a lot of great people who work there.
