The resource person is Luh Putu Asti Rupini, S.S, a practitioner who currently works as Front Desk staff at Hilton Tokyo, a famous five-star hotel in Tokyo, Shinjuku-Japan. Resource persons were invited to share their experiences pursuing careers in various international hotels in Japan. Before working in Japan, Narsum worked in the tourism sector in Bali such as travel and villa tours.

The material in today's practitioner lecture is about work in the tourism sector, especially about the duties of hotel staff in Japan. Narsum also provides suggestions and alternatives on how to find work in Japan.

Based on Narsum's experience, who has worked in both hotels in Bali and hotels in Japan, Narsum explained the differences in the working atmosphere between Bali and Japan. Apart from that, Narsum explains the organization, division of work, and duties carried out as an employee in a Japanese hotel. "Apart from needing Japanese language skills, we also rely on other language skills such as English if we want to work in Japan. Apart from that, determination, discipline and self-resilience are the keys to a successful career in Japan," explained the source.

This lecture received quite high attention from students and other lecturers. Many questions were asked regarding the world of work in Japan, preparation for working in Japan, and interesting experiences while dealing with international guests in Japan.

This activity is the third time it has been held in order to provide students with a real picture of the world of work in Japan, as well as with the hope of increasing students' motivation to continue developing their Japanese language abilities and skills.
