Hallo My name Kristianto Dwi Efanda , I am a fifth-semester Japanese literature student who, at one point, became intrigued by the MBKM MSIB Batch 5 program. In this batch, I initially applied to various companies. However, my academic journey took an unexpected turn when I decided to join the MBKM MSIB Batch 5 program, specifically opting for the Independent Study with a focus on the "Planning and Reporting of Social Impact" class organized by PT Maxima Business Solution.
From the outset, I was captivated by Maxima's vision as an impact agency committed to assisting leaders, organizations, and communities in creating impactful programs to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This class not only provided a profound understanding of social impact planning and reporting but also served as a window for me to comprehend the crucial role of social impact in the context of business and organizational policies.
The class introduction delved into the deep-seated goals of the learning experience. Maxima aimed not only to teach social impact planning and reporting but also emphasized measurable and sustainable strategies to achieve sustainable development goals.
The methodology taught included social impact planning techniques, encompassing goal identification, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. I absorbed knowledge about the framework and methods of effective social impact reporting, including determining performance indicators and collecting accurate data.
However, the learning experience extended beyond the classroom. We, the participants, were given a real project to apply the learned concepts in the realm of social impact planning and reporting. This became the pinnacle moment when theory met practice, and the concepts came to life.
The learning experience provided profound insights into the integration of social impact into business strategies and organizational policies. Upon completing the class, I not only gained in-depth knowledge of social impact planning and reporting but also developed a robust understanding of how these concepts can be applied in real-world contexts.
In conclusion, the MBKM MSIB Batch 5 program and the class organized by PT Maxima Business Solution have laid a crucial foundation for the development of my skills and knowledge related to sustainable social impact. Now, I feel more prepared to face challenges in creating positive change in the world through impactful business practices.
