TWO STUDENTS OF JAPANESE LITERATURE STUDY PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE BANGKIT MBKM PROGRAM

Two Japanese Literature students have successfully completed the MBKM BANGKIT 2021 program very well.

“The Bangkit Program is one of the Independent Campus learning models designed through the collaboration of Google as a global technology player, domestic unicorn and decacorn with universities. This program also collaborates with Stanford University through the University Innovation Fellow program. They have the opportunity to take part in an internship program from Stanford University. According to analysts, AI technology has the potential to increase Indonesia's economic growth with a value of up to 366 billion USD in the next 10 years. Therefore, we must prepare AI technology talents who will become AI leaders not only in Indonesia but also in Southeast Asia. I hope the Bangkit Program can give birth to technology leaders in Indonesia who will accelerate the digital economy in the country," said Nizam at the opening of Bangkit 2021.

The two students who successfully graduated and joined the program were Julio Cancarito Mintarago and Agnes Ariane Queen Simbolon. In the Bangkit MBKM Program, Julio and Agnes during one semester studied as many as 20 credits of the Cloud Computing program. They learn:

No half-hearted, they got a perfect score."They dismissed the doubt that Japanese Literature students cannot study IT," said Ms. Silvia Damayanti, S.S., M.Hum. one of the Japanese Literature P.S lecturers who is the supervisor of this Bangkit program. This program is very good for preparing students for the world of work later. Hopefully in the coming year many Japanese Literature students will join this program," she continued.
