Web Developer Program di PT Hacktivate Teknologi Indonesia
Higher education institutions are required to be able to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can achieve learning outcomes that include aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills optimally and relevantly. Therefore, the Directorate General of Higher Education (Ditjen Dikti) of the Ministry of Education and Culture launched a policy, namely Independent Learning Campus (MBKM), in this case the implementation is carried out through eight programs, one of which is Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB). This program was created with the aim of honing skills and knowledge, as well as increasing the off-campus learning experience for students.
Certified Independent Study Web Developer This program is specifically dedicated to students who want to learn or gain new experience in the field of technology, especially programming. Because this Certified Independent Study program can be taken from anywhere, the learning process is carried out by online learning, where participants are required to complete all assignments and quizzes given through materials that have been studied in the Hacktiv8 LMS (Learning Management System). Learning is carried out asynchronously by watching videos and reading learning articles on the Hacktiv8 website and synchronously by attending online meetings where participants can consult with the instructor regarding previously studied material. At the end of the program, participants are expected to be able to design a website so they can become Junior Web Developers. The reason the author chose PT Hacktivate Indonesia/Hacktiv8 as a place to carry out MBKM activities was because the author was interested in learning new knowledge outside of the courses taught in Japanese literature, namely about programming and coding to create a website. This new knowledge is certainly very useful for increasing skills in this modern era.
